SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) is a framework for analyzing a product's market position.

Components

  • Strengths: Internal positive factors
  • Weaknesses: Internal negative factors
  • Opportunities: External positive factors
  • Threats: External negative factors
A SWOT matrix separates internal support skills and onboarding limits from external demand and competition. Each factor is paired with a possible next action for launching a viable support service.
